Notes:

• Wrists still hurt today, so I took it easy. Just wrote leisurely, all day long in little spurts.


• "K Is for Kiss" is complete at 3191 words, although I'm not pleased at the ending. I can fix it in rewrite, though.


• This one is a pure fairy tale, complete with the opening line "Once upon a time, in the far-off land of Kelmdar, the good King Osran and his gentle Queen Eryna consulted a fortune-teller to foretell their futures." The idea came while I was chatting with tbons, trying to bounce ideas off her, and she mistyped something. I ran with the mistype, and this story was born.


• Character names: King and Queen Osran and Eryna of the land of Kelmdar; their daughter Kimber; her two best friends Krystal, another princess from the neighboring kingdom of Aheste, and prince Karl, of the kingdom of Onendi; Kedzeba, the old fortuneteller from the kingdom of Aheste; Kephron, an old sorcerer from the kingdom of Isur by the sea; a lot of unnamed princesses and princes from the 37 other unnamed lands of the Forty Kingdoms. All of the names except Kimber, Krystal, and Karl were randomly generated by an online site I completely heart.


• Interesting things I had to look up: not a damned thing. :)


• Genre: Fairy Tale
